We want to know what you want from a custom home builder and will try to satisfy those desires. We would be very proud to show any of our recent constructions with a day or two notice to the homeowner. We would encourage you to question any of them as to workmanship and integrity. A few items to consider as you anticipate starting a new custom home. It will take 60 or more days to fine tune and complete your house plans. It will take 30 to 45 days for your loan approval, survey if required, appraisal, and loan closing. Sometimes new homeowners are disappinted because of the time involoved to start a home after they decide to build.
